Arsenal are gearing up for a busy transfer window and are open to offers for Aaron Ramsdale, Eddie Nketiah, Emile Smith Rowe, and Reiss Nelson.
Last season, Arsenal came tantalizingly close to winning the Premier League title but fell just two points short of champions Manchester City. Determined to strengthen the squad, manager Mikel Arteta is set to be active in the transfer market to push for the title next season. According to a Mirror report, the Gunners are considering selling four players this summer.
The report suggests that Arsenal aim to raise funds by offloading players who were not regular starters last season. English goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale, who lost his spot to David Raya, might leave on loan if no permanent offers come through. Despite having three years left on his contract, signed just over a year ago, Ramsdale might depart on a temporary basis if a permanent move isn’t secured.
Ramsdale joined Arsenal from Sheffield United in August 2021 with a contract initially set to expire in 2025. Striker Eddie Nketiah, who saw limited game time last season, and midfielders Smith Rowe and Nelson are also on the list of potential departures.
Additionally, a report from The Telegraph mentioned that Fulham have made Smith Rowe a priority signing for this summer and are expected to bid early in the window. Smith Rowe, who made 13 Premier League appearances last season, including three starts, could be on the move to Fulham.
